Spring Free is an invitation to create space, ease, and lightness through the spine and shoulders — the areas that most often stiffen, protect, or collapse during the long winter months. This workshop blends gentle mobility, stabilizing strength, and thoughtful awareness to help you feel open, supported, and capable from the inside out.

Rather than forcing your way into “better posture” or pushing past tension, we’ll work with your body’s natural design: encouraging glide where things have gotten sticky, stability where things feel unsure, and coordination where movement patterns have fallen asleep. The result is a sense of buoyancy — like your upper body is waking up to spring.

Spring Free is especially useful if you want:

  • to unwind shoulder and upper‑back tension without strain
  • to feel more spacious and upright through your spine
  • to reconnect your arms, ribs, and back as one integrated system
  • to move with more ease, confidence, and breath
  • a practice you can repeat anytime you feel closed, compressed, or sluggish

This workshop is accessible, sustainable, and designed to feel good not just during the session, but in the hours and days afterward.

Expect small, intentional movements, clear guidance, and a steady progression that leaves you feeling lighter, more open, and more at home in your body.

Sometimes the season shifts outside long before we feel that shift internally. Spring Free helps your body catch up.
