Strong Moves is about strength you can use. It focuses on whole-body strength and stability in motion — not just isolated muscle work, but how strength is organized, coordinated, and expressed as you move through real life.

Many people train to have strength, yet struggle to use it efficiently when carrying, climbing, or getting up from the floor. Strong Moves trains both sides of the equation: building capacity and expressing it with clarity, timing, and control.

In this 4-week cycle of Move Well, Age Strong program, we’ll explore how strength travels through the body so that movement feels more capable, coordinated, and confident — not just stronger.

Format: Attend online sessions *live* and/or enjoy downloadable recordings.
