Heart Strong explores Stamina + Strength + Endurance. It's about capacity you can feel and use.
It focuses on the relationships between these three qualities, how they support each other, how they’re organized through the body, and how they help you move through your day with steadiness, clarity, and confidence.
Many people think of stamina and endurance (not the same thing btw) as “lasting longer.” And they think of strength as “lifting more.”
But both are far more interesting than that. They are ways of meeting yourself in motion: how you organize your body, how you breathe, how you stay present as the moment changes, and how you continue with ease instead of strain.
In this 4‑week cycle of my Move Well, Age Strong program, we’ll build strength, stamina and endurance into movement feels more capable, consistent, and sustainable—not just stronger or longer.
Format: Attend online sessions *live* and/or enjoy downloadable recordings.
